Located in Vancouver, BC, the Ontario Street residence underwent a comprehensive renovation to create a sanctuary where cherished memories are made. Our mission was to transform our clients’ vision into reality, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics to accommodate their growing family’s needs.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Our goal for this project was to craft a home that reflects the unique lifestyle of our clients—a place where they can create lasting memories and enjoy quality time with family. With a focus on expanding living spaces and modernizing for convenience, we aimed to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal for years to come.

The project included a 3,239 sqft complete home renovation, permitted and passed all inspections with the City of Vancouver.

CUSTOM DRY SAUNA

A custom dry sauna was built in the primary bathroom, providing a luxurious retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

An upgraded air conditioning system was installed to ensure comfort year-round, catering to the family’s needs regardless of the season.

CUSTOM MILLWORK

Custom millwork throughout the home adds personalized touches and practical storage solutions, enhancing the overall design and functionality.
