GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Our goal with this build was to create a French-inspired bistro for our clients! Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, was designed to evoke the warmth and charm of a classic French bistro, making Mèreon a standout dining destination in West Vancouver.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

A completely new commercial kitchen build ensures that Mèreon can deliver exceptional French cuisine with efficiency and flair.

BAR SEATING

Ample bar seating invites guests to enjoy a casual drink or a quick bite, enhancing the social and lively atmosphere of the bistro.

CUSTOM FLUTED WALL PANELS

Custom fluted wall panels add a touch of elegance and sophistication, creating a visually stunning and cohesive design throughout the space.
