We had the pleasure of working with another amazing family in North Vancouver! With the children having moved out and the decision to sell imminent, our task was clear: maximize the home's value through a comprehensive renovation. This expansive project encompassed over 4,600 sqft of living space, transforming every corner of the home to appeal to potential buyers.

Our objective was to execute a full house renovation that not only enhanced aesthetic appeal but also maximized resale value. Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we maintained rigorous compliance measures to ensure the safety of all involved while adhering to stringent industry standards. With a meticulous approach, we delivered this project efficiently within a 7-week timeframe, staying on budget and exceeding expectations.

This renovation required a of planning as it occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards, but more importantly, we maintained the health and safety of the home owners, myself, and my crew. This was completed on time and on budget. We made sure there was only 2 people allowed working in the home at once and that they were wearing a N95 respirator mask and gloves. The home was constantly being wiped down and anyone working who felt the least bit ill to remain home. Safety was our number one priority and was never compromised! With all that in mind, this project went through an efficient 7 week renovation. We stayed on budget and on time.

The renovation included expert staging to highlight the home’s potential and appeal to prospective buyers, ensuring every room felt inviting and luxurious.

The kitchen was transformed into a modern culinary haven, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, elegant finishes, and ample space for entertainment and everyday living.

Each bathroom was meticulously redesigned with high-end fixtures and luxurious details, creating spa-like retreats that added value and comfort to the home.
